The personal taxes that are defined by the taxation law of the cantons and communities are considered in the calculation. Fees and charges are not considered in the calculation. This tax calulator does not work for employees taxed at source.
Das unmöblierte Zimmer ist klein aber charmant, es ist sehr hell und hat ein Holzboden. Wir haben kein Wohnzimmer, dafür eine grössere Küche (neu renoviert, mit Gasherd). Von der Küche ist der gemütliche Balkon mit Abendsonne zugänglich. Die Wohnung ist im dritten Stock, umgeben von angenehmen Nachbarn. Es gibt viel Stauraum im Estrich und Keller. Einziger Nachteil: wir wohnen neben einer Kirche. Inzwischen haben wir uns daran gewöhnt. Die Waschküche ist immer zugänglich, es gibt kein Waschplan: ''first come, first serve''. Das Badezimmer ist relativ klein, hat aber eine Badewanne. Einzugstermin ist frühestens ab 18. Dezember 2019, spätestens 1. Februar 2020. Wir sind: Elias (32) Student Soziale Arbeit und Nicolle (28) Videokünstlerin. Wir sind keine Zwecks-WG, dass heisst wir sind befreundet und schätzen den Austausch. Wir sind unkompliziert im Alltag, teilen das Essen und haben keinen strikten Ämtliplan. Uns ist ein gepflegtes Zuhause wichtig. Wir suchen eine kontaktfreudige, ausgeglichene, weltoffene Person. Wenn Rauchen, dann nur auf dem Balkon. Kosten: 330 inkl. Internet Heiz- und Nebenkosten. exkl. Strom (ca. 50.- im Jahr)
