How does it work with the contact persons?
You will be assigned a personal contact person who will take care of your individual needs and know your dossier. The choice of contact person falls on the most suitable person for your needs, but we are flexible.
Do you commit to additional services after the initial consultation?
No.
We pursue a transparent, honest and modular service offer. You decide to what extent you want to work with us.
For example, after the initial conversation, you can do the search independently and hire us for the inspection.
Or you contact us in each case selectively with questions.
What costs should you expect for a search mandate?
You can control this independently. You decide, we execute.
We will inform you about the modules and possibilities during the initial consultation.
What costs should you expect for a tour?
Basically we charge according to the number of rooms. Additional services will be charged according to our price list plus external costs (e.g. 3D scanning or moisture measurement by qualified personnel) and expenses (e.g. return journey).
